Put the Canton Back

An unforeseen consequence of moving the Longshoremen to the SL was that this also shifted Canton's players to the SL, where they did not play, in the end of season awards voting ballots. On Thursday I'll move Canton back to the IL Seaboard and keep them there until awards voting wraps up.
With Apologies to the GMs who have already cast votes, I've closed voting and cleared the ballots. Voting will be restarted on Thursday night, with Canton's players in the correct league.
