After my computer files disappeared I am having trouble re licensing OOTP and uploading my PEBA file. Waiting on a response from tech support.

They are usually pretty quick about a return on this. I had it happen once.

Yes, after literally hours of work reading forums, downloading and restoring files and adjusting settings I now have OOTP back to where it was. Still working to restore many other apps and tracking down passwords. Nightmare. Of course, I will now be sure to set up an online backup of my files. Lesson learned.
