Kevin Vail, didn't your brother run the late lamented Ghosts before me?

Yep. My brother Dan helmed the Ghosts early on, but it was only for a season or two. He was actually the one who recruited me.

He also made the logo and picked the colors for the Ghosts.

Jersey Mike and I began the same day, so 2011 was his first season and I think he lasted until the contraction...

Reg, you can lock Aurora in stone - that's correct... Bill McKenzie of Duluth I think began in 2011 with me...

I know there are a couple other long time LRS GM's still around, though I'm not sure if they go back to the very beginning. Ron in NT and Pat in Havana (Formerly EDO) go way back.
I, also, have been with the LRS as GM of Neo-Tokyo since the first human run season, though there was another GM who ran the team briefly before me but didn't make it to opening day.

I recognize the 2010 draft class well. Had to trade the 1st overall pick in part to get out from under a bad contract and get on financially stable ground.

Another former LRS team which is now a minor league team is the Seoul Crushers.
Mark Kierstead was the manager at one point. I think from 2012-19 by looking at what few leftover emails I have archived from back then.

I actually found the league standings as of the end of July 2022. I had it marked down somewhere in my documents on my laptop. Probably the closest thing I have, so I'll use that.

Otherwise, if we had a mid-season recruit, the easiest thing to do will be to split that year's record down the middle, and assign each GM with half.

I would have more info but my original email account is long gone..... I think we had a map of where everyone lived.

Crystal Lake - Dean Giesey and a partner Wayne Kedsch were here for setup and inaugural draft. Wayne somehow became the named in-game manager of CL and then left the league. Dean took on a new partner named Bill who also left after a few seasons.

Wayne and Dean recruited me and I took over Ky during the 1st season - after the amateur draft if there was one.

Other originals I remember
Denny (Codgers - always pink)
Trader Matt (San Antone)
Paul Tanner (New Orleans)
Dan (Arlington)
The Bears duo
4 Dobney brothers (as John explained previously)
James of Canton??? I think is original

West Virginia was someone John was close with - an play actor and I think he was a commish for a little while - his name escapes me. It's possible he was not original as there were a few teams that changed hands before end of season 1 ... was it Tyler???

Nope. I began with the 2015 season. That's a majority of the franchise's history (10 years of me GM'ing vs. 8 years of me not GM'ing)/

I joined the sim of the trade deadline so don't know my record without seeing an older file…although I'm just as happy to not take credit for anything that happened. :-P
