Trading of Supplemental Round Picks

Hi guys,
A reminder that teams CAN trade supplemental round picks if they choose to, but under certain conditions :
- When the trade is posted, clarification must be given by the team trading the pick, on how they first acquired the supplementary pick, with relevant links included. The more information the better.
Note: Remember, if you receive a pick for failing to sign an FA, you will not receive a second compensation pick if that first one does not sign, therefore it cannot be traded.
