Hmmmmm.... Do I smell a last second try to re-sign Lowry?

A reminder to please link player names to their HTML pages! Makes like so much easier for the simmer.

Good point there, I was just thinking salary dump, but Garcia ($18.05M) + Guao ($8.5M) = $26.55M, more then enough to bring Lowry back.Borealis wrote:Hmmmmm.... Do I smell a last second try to re-sign Lowry?
But, looking at the rough numbers from the BNN reports, Connecticut looks like they're about $10M short of what Lowry would be asking.
Maybe another move on the horizon, or is it just a salary dump to get CON back in the green?

Re: Trade between WV and CON
Looking at CON salary page, he could non-tender LF Russell Wright and MR David Gutierrez and that would theoretically give him the funds to bring back Lowry.Shinkansen wrote:Good point there, I was just thinking salary dump, but Garcia ($18.05M) + Guao ($8.5M) = $26.55M, more then enough to bring Lowry back.Borealis wrote:Hmmmmm.... It wouldn't be a "non-tender" though, he'd have to release them now, so he has time to offer Lowry the extension.
