I just stumbled across this over in the OOTP - Mods Forum:
Scouting Tracker Now Available!
I've just installed it and have it setup for the PEBA.
I'm curious - has anybody tried it?
Although it won't be of any use until we get brand new reports from our scout, I'm looking forward to it. Over time, I think it could be extremely useful. I'm loving the graphs.
I figured, since we are one of the few online leagues using scouts these days, we could put his hard work to good use. :)

Very neat! That'd be handy for times when you can't access OOTP and want a scouting report on your players (or other teams' players).

Are you guys just unzipping this and running the .exe file? Or are you creating a path for it in our PEBA file? I'm getting an error.
Re: Scouting Tracker - has anybody tried this?
Yea, I guess I meant extracted - not installed. :)
Inside the extracted folder, I'm running the Scouting Tracker.exe
I'm not sure if this is the proper way to do it or not, because I know nothing of programming.
I can load the app and get all teams/players in the PEBA loaded. I can't view any reports yet, because the app needs at least two different reports to work properly (and sadly won't import older reports), so we'll have to wait for new reports.
