I left Jose Valle in AAA all season to keep him under the major league service limit. I like there being some strategy to the process. Sometimes you eat $15M in a season to make winter ball work, other times you keep a guy in your system for a year before doing it. I think the idea and execution work well for our league.

Last season we changed the Improve Personnel option from one personnel with up to 3 rolls to multiple personnel, but still just a total of 3 rolls - so those 3 rolls can be spread over three personnel, or two - or one if you so chose.
