Raines has since taken up a coaching position in the minors of the team that brought him up and created him to be the absolute peak of the game that is known as. There will be a ceremony shortly before the Bureaucrats game against the Maulers on May 4th. There will also be a bobblehead giveaway for up the first 20000 through the gates commemorating the occasion.

When asked for comment, Raines was all smiles and some tears. "This is a huge moment for me. Everything that I worked for will now be housed at the stadium that I played at for so long," he said, holding back tears "I cannot wait to celebrate this moment with my family, friends, and former teammates".

Several players that played with Raines during his time on the Bureaucrats will be there, such as Ricardo Longoria, Juan Gonzalez, and Clyde Manderson. There will be an autograph event for those who wish to attend.
