Last season, with the transition to OOTP 22, the new game engine nuked offensive output across our entire league file. We compensated mid-season to try and recover a bit. Those changes went well, but still didn't get us back to where we had been previously. So most modifiers will stay the same this season BUT, we are changing the total output so our modifiers have more effect.

So this season, you will likely see a jump in offensive production in all of our minor leagues (the worst off, should have the biggest boost). Once we get a feel for where we want the league to be, we COULD see adjustments to PEBA i the future, but for now that's not a concern. We essentially want both sides of the game pitching/batting to be rewarding instead of the excessive dominance of pitchers that we've seen for awhile.

Based in the Red Sea League of the IBC, Djibouti is in the East of Africa, in the Horn of Africa and they act as the gate keepers to the Red Sea itself. Much like they will be the entry level and initial guard of the Hitmen franchise for all future Hitmen..

I browse through folklore creatures and land on Nandi Bears. As "Bears" is too boring of a name, even though my first approach is to pun "Nandi Bears" by having "Bears" on the Nandi region, we decided to go with Duba. I forgot how I land on Kabsabet, I think it's around the region where these creatures are sighted.
