SEP 1st , 2032
Subject: August Notes

Record (month): 17-12, .586 || 72 – 60, .545
Position: 2nd place (10 game behind Florida)
Power Ranking: 98 (15th in PEBA)
Injury: D.Stockstill (strained back) 4 days (he will pitch, but with limited action!)

• It’s pretty clear that we had a great start this season, and then we got cold along the way. The season is a marathon, but I’m happy that this past month we had a positive record!
• The race for the two Wild Card spots is going to be a sprint with 5 teams competing for just two spots…
• Florida is simply unreachable, they’re beating most of the teams they face, with only West Virginia having a better record with 93 (yes, you heard right! 93 wins with 30 games left!)
• with the roster expansion, now SA have 32 players on their roster!
• B.Anderson, K. Thomas, J.Peralez and J.Van Der Eijk were called from the minor.
• D.Dwyer and S.Shimizu are finally able to come back to SA after their injury
• I’m satisfied by the trades we made to get a better and stronger bullpen, on the other hand we’re struggling to produce runs…
• THIS WEEK: one last game against West Virginia and 4 games against Manchester

I'm glad to see Dwyer found a place he can do well... still a little bitter about his failures in CL.

Or his somewhat poor play in Aurora - or are our expectations too high?
