New Charleston GM

#1 Post by DrewV »

Hey folks,

Really happy to be back in PEBA and taking over the Statesmen!

I'm Drew, for those who don't know me--I had a one-year affair with the Duluth Warriors via my beleaguered alter ego, Ricky McCoy.

I hope you are all well and safe. The dust has finally settled for me a little bit here in Alaska, and I am thrilled for the opportunity to return to the PEBAverse.

Welcome back, Drew. Good luck with the Statesmen. They’re too storied a franchise to be left adrift for an extended period...

"The dust finally settled ... in Alaska"??? Drew, I visited Anchorage a few times during my years in Sitka, and I remember the snow, the ice, the gravel in spring and relentless sun in summer, but I don't remember any dust.

It's good to have you and your prose style back, no matter how dusty you feel!

Welcome back Drew! Alaska pro tip, if you order sherbet ice cream on your apple pie at Moose Pass you might get it for free :) (worked for me once anyway)
