Maybe it has something to do with the wonkiness of only being able to set our 7 day lineups for three out of the six games, the game simply recopied them for the following three games, which I agree makes no sense because I have my seven day lineups set to where a tired pitcher can be subbed out and my rotation setting is start the highest rested starter...
but maybe those settings combined through a loop, what were your settings calzones?

Sorry for the late response; I'm under the weather tonight. But I do have the answer to the problem! The reason this happened is that AAA and AA schedules were regenerated prior to tonight's sim (in response to voting results from the 2009 floaters). As part of that, the start dates for both leagues were moved up from Thursday to Monday. That must have messed with those teams that set 7-day lineups at those levels. My apologies.
The good news is it's not a bug and should never occur again. It's safe to write this off as a one-time occurrence.
