Claymores receive:

Warriors receive:

EDIT: Edit: Please set Kim to 2B on the lineup, batting 5th between Morrison and Sugahara :)

The Scottish confirm - and start planning a series of bank heists to finance the contract!

Well, the Scottish beat more than one High-Brow club that had Mercer on their radar, but It looks like he may not be all the bank buster one might think. The Royal Bank of Scotland tells me that the Claymore accounts are flush and estimates are next year looks better.

Besides, he may opt-out and it's just a $12M rental...

I thought about bringing Mercer back, but no way he opts out of that contract and he has a tendency to miss 30 games a year and his stats have slowly declined and while 2027 looks better than the past, it is only because Duluth isn't as cavernous as WV.
I do like he went to my old team Fushi Yugi/Dayton though :-).

I thought about it too, but I just couldn't risk getting saddled with that contract, even if he would have raked in SS. I was sorely tempted though.
