Thanks, John!

No reason not to share the joy...everyone here can get the same deal John's gotten (or feel free to wait and see what Kobo will do with the bigger collection...there's no guarantee that they discount it, but I would guess there's a decent chance).

Here's a link to the bundle's Kobo page. Use promo code MAY35 to get the discounts.

EDIT: And, FYI, it's only good through the 18th.

Glamour of the God-Touched, the first part of the Saga of the God-Touched Mage series, is part of StoryBundle's new Epic Fantasy Bundle. For $15, you get Glamour plus a whole bunch of neat fantasy books, including Paolo Bacigalupi's The Alchemist as well as One Horn to Rule Them All, a well-reviewed anthology about purple unicorns (yes, purple unicorns) that includes luminary authors like Peter S. Beagle and Todd McCaffrey. Check it out!

Congrats Ron. I am glad you're doing the omnibus version. A little birdy tells me that I might be getting it as a Father's Day gift  .

Look what I got for Father's Day!

The whole series, in one 700-page omnibus. We leave for the beach next weekend so this'll keep me busy by the waves ;-D .

I already own books 1 and 2, and since this volume has them as well, I am happy to give my copies to someone who is curious about the series. Ron, hope you don't mind, but maybe it'll get someone else hooked on the entire series.

So let me know if you want to try books 1 and 2 and I'll mail both to you!

I finished! Excellent job, Ron. As I've said to you privately, the series is epic in scope yet lean and mean -- not much fluff, you don't end up having to keep track of scores of characters and plotlines -- so it moves along quite nicely. I hope the series is doing well.

Now I want to sit down and write out some reader reviews for Amazon and other sites. Ron: would it look ok to do reviews for individual part and the omnibus? Beyond Amazon, what other sites should I post reviews on, and is it kosher to just paste in my Amazon reviews?

Thanks, Mike! I'm so glad you've like it. One of my favorite reader comments was something like (and I'm greatly interpreting, here): "this is what fantasy is like when you just tell the story rather than add in all the extra fluff."

I think it's fine to comment on both individual and omnibus items on Amazon as long as you've actually read the material in question, and I've seen lots of folks cut and paste. Reviews on Goodreads, and Barnes & Noble, Smashwords, and Kobo are probably helpful. Anywhere, really. :) I'm sure I don't need to tell you how greatly I appreciate any effort you can give to spread any kind thoughts you have about the work. It's really the best way to support any writer whose work you like.

The series as a whole is doing far better than I had expected, and is still selling internationally as well as here in the states. At one point every volume was in the upper ranges of Amazon's rankings, and they are all still moving (both individually and in the three separate bundles I'm offering). People seem to either love it, or love it and complain about the fact that the individual stories are novellas rather than novellas. I'm happy either way, of course.

I'm just thrilled that Glamour has been such a success for you, Ron. It's nice to see hard work rewarded. I'm through the first four parts. Had to put it down to get some work finished, but I've really enjoyed what I've read and I'm looking forward to finishing the series soon.
