Trade between Aurora and San Antonio

The following trade between Aurora and San Antonio has been agreed upon:

San Antonio receives:
RP Juan Castro
OF Teruo Ine (AAA)
SP Miguel Torres (AA)
SP Roberto Rodriguez (SA)
Aurora's 1st round 2029 Draft pick

Aurora receives:
SP Bob Burns
San Antonio's 2nd round 2029 Draft pick

Thanks Marco for the interesting negotiations! That's two Slack based deals - good for private discussions!!

Another now and beyond deal to solidify the pitching more...

Juan Castro is going to be a middle relief for San Antonio
Roberto Rodriguez (2nd in starting rotations) and Miguel Torres (Long Relief/Emergency SP) will play for the Sea Lions (AA)

Lots of surplus value for Mike in his last two trades to improve his team going into the home stretch. 3 players that wouldn't make his 40 man and moving down a few spots into the second round for an all universe relief arm. Well played!

Hopefully those arms develop into rotation mainstays for the calzones.

I'll be very interested in seeing how Rodriguez and Torres work out - I saw both as legit future options, but, the race is heating up, and Aurora isn't quite ready to mail it in. If you can't have universal power, win with pitching - as the age old adage states...
