Didn't you hear? The Codgers have been assimilated into the Evas' Borg-like organism.

But seriously, folks: I think this is a win-win deal for both clubs. Gandarilla has underperformed a bit in his career so far, but gets a change of scenery and chance to be an affordable bat off the bench in Shin Seiki. Meanwhile, Park is unappreciated by scouts (by my scout, anyway), but has had two monster seasons in a row at age-appropriate minor-league levels; he may well become the Codgers' 3B of the future.

Hah, well i guess the newborn has affected my attention to detail for the moment... At any rate, the typo has been corrected.

I do think this is a Win-Win. AG looks to be a perfect pairing for Luna at DH and should be an ideal PH too. Seems like at least a high floor platoon guy with the potential to be a very productive bargain. If his offensive game turns out to be both very productive and more balanced than Luna, AG might even supplant him at some point.

Park had done nothing but deliver since I picked him up. My scout doesn't love him either, but scouts are sometimes just flat-out wrong in OOTP. If he weren't blocked by Webb, who he as similar splits to, I would have been hesitant to move him for fear of losing out on a potential stud.
