Trade between CL and Yuma

#1 Post by Sandgnats »

Yuma receives:

Crystal Lake's 1st round supplemental pick (compensation for losing Juan Hernandez in FA to Duluth)
SS Hiroshisa Inoue PEBA
RF Colin Crow PEBA
SP Chris 'Super Mario' Puddifoot (A)
SP Dave Peters AA

CL receives:
SS Orlando Barrón PEBA

Please place Orlando Barrón as starting SS PEBA, Enrico Heredia starting RF PEBA, Miguel Campoy starting DH. Please also move LF Roberto Ruiz AAA to back up DH. My manager will set the new lineup. Thank you. Also, thank you Bob. This took a while to hammer out, but we got it done.

Yuma confirms the following trade:

Yuma receives:

Crystal Lake's 1st round supplemental pick (compensation for losing Juan Hernandez in FA to Duluth)
SS Hiroshisa Inoue PEBA
RF Colin Crow PEBA
SP Chris 'Super Mario' Puddifoot (A)
SP Dave Peters AA

CL receives:
SS Orlando Barrón PEBA

It was an intriguing swap to work out. Thanks, RJ.

Please replace Barron with Inoue in the PEBA lineup. The others can all be placed in Designated for Assignment and I will relocate them after tonight's sim. Thank you!

Compensatory picks can be traded.

Bob needs to quote the original trade for confirm the deal properly.

Very interesting deal. Yuma picks 3 young assets for Barron and taking on Crow's contract. That seems like a nice haul to me.

Hard to argue against the deal from CL's point of view either, Barron should be an upgrade at SS and Crow's contract was a lodestone.

You're correct Kevin. Bob didn't quote it, but copied and pasted it correctly.

Kevin, you have it all correct from CL's perspective. Didn't think I was going to resign Jarrod Ricks, so I signed Crow. However, Ricks did sign so got stuck with Crow. You're also correct on the other aspects.
