2023 Season round-up
For the second consecutive season our beloved Thoroughbreds limped into the post season missing key members (2022 missing 3 of 5 starting rotation, and 2023 three outfielders and the big-bopping DH on the mend) which lead to another disappointing fall in the playoffs, this time falling to rival Florida. Since then, the KyT brass have been busy gathering picks and making room for kids - this does not appear to be a rebuild, but rather a continuation of what has made this team so fun to watch and report on. So far 10 picks for the 2024 draft have been acquired, and long time fan favorite Ping was sent to rival Florida (boooooooooooooooooo, we fans and followers are not happy). Is there an impact free agent coming? Can we expect a BIG trade? The front office is not commenting to this topic.
