Frank is sadly not GMing currently, but there's no reason we can't still play his annual predictions game. How do you think the PEBA will play out in 2023?

I really liked the big free agent moves Florida pulled off this offseason, even with the injury issues they've face in spring with their rotation I see them as being a force this year and my favorite, though losing York for half the season and Garza for the full season makes it easy to trouble ahead for them, I'm guessing they make a move before the trade deadline to improve that rotation and I think their offense will be very good this year.
I'm definitely pulling a homerish move by picking my Dinosaurs to make the playoffs after finishing in the bottom 5 of PEBA last season, but where's the fun in being totally realistic now here, right?

I could have easily gone with Shin Seiki over Aurora to win it all but the Rising Sun division looks to be the weakest division and I think that a will work against them come crunch time. While a threepeat is statistically unlikely the defending champs look tough and deep. The SL playoffs should be very entertaining this year.

The ThreePeat Lives...
I think the DH is by far the toughest division to handicap - It feels like Reno is the only team that won't make a playoff push. I put Palm Springs 5th, almost by default, and I could easily see them finish second. I think the Bears bounce back with a healthy bag of 'Fireworks', and in theory, Collins should amp up the 'O' - though in that park... IDK... It'll certainly be the most competitive season in the DH - maybe ever... I like what Matt has done with the Ocelots, and think they'll make it over the hump. I also think Florida and Amsterdam have enough to make it through the first season of new management, and it'll be interesting to see where they go moving forward...
