We actually might see the single season HR record of 53 (Tsumemasa Morimoto in 2016) be eclipsed by New Orleans' Germán Lima. He's got 44, which is on pace for 57. Morimoto's 2016 season was split between Manchester and the Trendsetters. We've only had 7 50 HR seasons.

Don't our boys know anything about PEDs? Get them some supplements, quick! We need some 60 homer seasons pronto!

The PEDs all go to their legs...just look at the unnatural rise in stolen bases.

On pace for 118!

For the 3rd time in his short career, RP Jeff Green, sustains a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. The former 2024 first round pick has sustained this major injury 3 years in a row and has not pitched a full season since 2025.

Former Badger José Guillén became the first player in AAA history to hit 4 home runs in a game. It's only the second time any PEBA or affiliated team has seen a player hit 4 home runs in a game. The first was current Badger minor leaguer, Valentín Dávila, who did it for AA Hampton.

Also in AAA news, Justin Bracey pitched a No-Hitter in AAA. That's the 6th of the year in AAA, and the second by a Grand Rapids pitcher.

Our team historically likes home run hitters.

Jim McIntosh also holds the all-time rookie record. (44 HR in 2023 with New Orleans). He is now playing for Charleston.

Also, fun facts :
Until this season, German Lima
- Never played in more than 48 PEBA games in a season
- Had never batted above .200 in a season
- Never hit more than 5 homers in a season (in fact, when he started the year, he had just 8 career home runs in 95 career games)

Canton doing everything it can to devalue it’s much needed draft pick rankings for next year with a completely unneeded 3 game sweep of Aurora :shake: the difficulties of building to compete.. but compete just enough and not win

It was not my plan to fast track my first round pick Kyushichi Ohayashi but he just keeps hitting at each level.

Funny thought :

Cactus Kang has literally spent his entire 36-month PEBA career so far listening to PEBAcast members as GMs!
All three members of PEBAcast has had him for a season : RJ (Sandgnats) in 2027, traded off to Reg (New Orleans) for 2028, then traded to Ken (Florida) for 2029!

It sure hasn't hurt him! In 90 combined starts, he is 44-18 with a 2.73 ERA and a 1.12 WHIP so far!
