New London GM

#1 Post by Underground »

Hey guys.

My name's Evan and I have the honor of being hired as the latest in what sounds like a long line of London Underground GMs.

I will be honest and say that I am quite new to OOTP leagues and have a lot of brushing up to do on OOTP in general, but I am a big fan of sport sim leagues and am really impressed by what I have seen here. I'm really looking forward to getting started!

Currently reside in Rochester, NY - home of the AAA Red Wings. At the major league level, I am a Red Sox fan.

Looking forward to breaking the recent trend of ownership turmoil in London!

Hey Evan! Welcome to PEBA. We're all pretty nice here (except for RJ) so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Welcome Evan!! Take it so and get the feel for things - gauging player value is one of the trickiest parts of the job! You'll find a helpful group here - so feel free to ask for help if need be.

Oh, and BTW - check your email for your intro letter!!

Hi Evan - Welcome to the fighting Trans Atlantic! You’ve got an interesting club there - I know, because we play a lot (and I write about them regularly in This Week in the Trans Atlantic). I joined at the beginning of the year and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience - an excellent group and a really well-run league with an interesting history.

Have fun and, again, welcome!

I also suggest never taking advice from the Florida Featherheads GM.

Have your deliveries been interrupted? Can’t have that. I’ll call the Rainman and get those barrels coming your way again. Meanwhile, I recommend lemon juice with salt.
