Gotta love those Owner Goals... We were expected to increase attendance - which was 4.79M last year - and we fell short at 4.75M this year - and he's not pleased that I didn't find a way to get more people into the stands! And... I better find a way to turn that around quickly - no excuses...

Man...

In other news...

'Train Arollin'' opts into 2028 - as does Boswell (grrrrr...); 'Doberman' opts out...

Speaking of owners, there are now 3 new PEBA owners in this sim. Crystal Lake, Scottish, and Okinawa each sold their team to new owners.

Are they real owners or PC owners.

PC Owners, like the people in-game who actually own the team. As opposed to you and me which are GM's for our respective teams.

Are these just cosmetic changes, or is RJ gone?

Just to clarify, no one from our league has left or joined. Each team has an in-game owner that decides things like budget. This past sim, 3 of those owners sold their spot as the owner to someone else. While these are cosmetic, the new owners may come with different attributes like Fiscal Responsibility, Patience, etc. For example, the new Crystal Lake owner is Juan Padilla, but RJ is still around and is the GM of the team.

Check the in-game news, you should see the three articles about it.

To follow up with the new owners and their perceived personality via the articles.

Crystal Lake - Juan Padilla, according to sources, is controlling with financial issues.
Claymores - Brad Kern, "Eccentric Industrialist" who is understanding and considered an economizer.
Okinawa - Fernando Mata, Entrepreneur who is considered lenient but is also an economizer when it comes to payroll issues.

Ah... yes, I’m familiar with those changes - the game killed me off seasons ago, and placed my unknown, illegitimate son in charge... he’s a d***...

Just catching up (busy with new job which is not going so well - lotsa drama)
Congrats to the Evils .... SL takes KyT down again, just like F-heads every year.

Toyama finally buckled down and fired our scouting director who apparently was the Grinch of rating players, and he doesn't even consider himself an SD now that he is a free agent (listed as GM). We brought it long-time Arlington SD Jose Garcia take over the role and it's like playing a whole new game. Ratings make sense now and good prospects actually look good.

Oh, neat. Thanks, guys.

It's nice to pull off a good season but it is only satisfying because of the tough competition.
