I know the Codgers benefitted from the Yumans' largess this past sim....my condolences on the victory. :,-(
Thanks, Denny. We're sad, but we'll play on, striving for the unattainable perfection of a winless season!

So I'm pretty certain that this isn't the Grim Reaper the Evil Evas refer to - though I'm not 100% I know, but has anyone noticed that Florida's SA team in Ewa Beach is 9-60? and has 0 - as in zero, pitchers on it's roster and nine - 9, catchers... How is that? Even if it's an orphan, how does that happen?? Hell, they have seven 18/19 year olds in the IC that would at least be something...

As it happens, when you have the AI organize the complete organization, it doesn't touch the International Complex. There doesn't even appear to be an option to allow it to promote out of the IC. So, I thought the minors for the empty teams were being taken care of when they weren't. I'm in the process of sorting out all the minor league systems for the vacant teams.

Thanks. I took care of it, mostly, yesterday afternoon. All of the teams but San Antonio required some tweaking. Some will need to add minor league FAs to fill the ranks. I didn't promote out of the IC players 17 and under.

I'd be up for it as well. I've done it before and I'd be happy to do it again.

TIGHTEST CONTEST IN PEBAVERSE

Kalamazoo and Yuma are battling it out in the closest race in the PEBA this year--but is anyone watching?

On August 31, 2027, both the Badgers and the Bulldozers were eliminated from playoff contention, the first teams in PEBA to be scratched from post season play. Both clubs have identical records as of September 6th: 44-93. Both teams have distinguished themselves for many seasons now as consistent non-contenders. The Badgers have failed to make the playoffs in 18 of their 20 seasons in the PEBA, while Yuma has enjoyed only slightly less success at cellar-dwelling, failing to make the playoffs in 16 of 20 seasons. 2027 is the fifth consecutive season without a playoff appearance for both the Dozers and the Badgers. And with just four weeks remaining in the regular season, either club could be crowned the 2027 CELLAR of the PEBA.

Hang onto your seats, folks! It's gonna be an exciting finish!

Meanwhile, that stench you smell from the top of the Desert Hills? "Uh, huh, huh, mon cheri, that be de Borealis, looking a meek and mild against de Evil Evas", as Pepe le Pew would say...

(Meanwhile)(Meanwhlie) Ol' Naha is charging like a bull to the top of the heep...

Does anyone have a link to the league file that works? All of a sudden I get an accounts data error when I open the game. Downloading a new one didn't work.

The Train Wreck (which includes a Train that's Stopped Arollin'...) that is called Aurora continued mightily this week as a 6-game home-and-home with the Evil Evas got uglier (Please, Sirs, can we have another...) - with the Evas' 6-game sweep highlights one of Aurora's worst stretches in history and with a 2-8 record in the last 10, has seen a 6-game swing in the Standings, and a new Dog (pun slightly intended) sitting a top the standings... This may not be the worst result if it means we avoid the likely wild card Evas...

Do you think this might signal the end of the line for the Train, Mike?
