Congratulations to you! I am disappointed to see the salmon and green's season come to an end, but the Gnats' victory was well-earned. All three of your wins over us were clear-cut, and McNeil threw a real masterpiece in Game 5. Looks like Rob will have the family bragging rights for both personal AND team playoff performance this year :)

In retrospect, the Codgers did better than I expected this season; I didn't anticipate us making the playoffs at all. I hadn't realized injuries would play so large a factor, but kind of by accident we had assembled enough depth in "AAAA" prospects and washed-up has-beens that it carried us over the roughest spots. Hopefully the big crowds and playoff money will lead to a larger budget for us in 2027 and we can upgrade our pitching staff.

Best of luck to Crystal Lake against the Evil Empire! :chatter:

Way to get out to a 2-0 lead Mike. That's 2 blown saves in a row for Joshua Hall after a solid regular season. That game 2 loss was rough, we needed to steal that game heading back to CL. I'm really missing Jerry Long's offense right now.

1-1 sim not too bad as the first game was close into the eighth. Not sure why Saenez started when I had another guy in the rotation. But he gave us a good 6-1 win. I hope and think the series will be close.

Our Biggest injury of the year hit and Arinori Michizuki is out for 13-14 month with a Ruptured ulnar collateral ligament. Luckily we had team options for his 8 ml due this offseason. Just sad to see injuries this bad as it could really hurt his chances of coming back at PEBA level play.

We’ve a long way to go, but we knew that any chance we had depended upon Provost and ‘Tugboat’ doing their job - and each with just a run allowed, did just that... ‘Terror’ Diaz wasn’t very good v. CL this year, and Clark Snow split a pair of Schizo starts - good at home, poor on the road... We hope to steal one on the road... lost amongst the top performers was ‘Fido’s first playoff game - with a pair of homers...

I’ll keep telling myself that if ‘Gunner’ had stayed in Aurora, he’d have gotten hurt again...

Martinez got exposed as the place holder he is in game 2 of the series against Duluth.

After the devestation to 4/5 of my rotation, someone is going to have to step up - or it's going to be a very brief post season in SS. I'm hoping Bedell can make something happen at home, where his dominant lefty stuff plays about as well as it can considering his other flaws.

Oh, btw, Aurora is ready to Rock if we want to move forward more quickly - as we've done in the past...

Ky exported ... although another injury definitely hurts, there is nothing we can do so Yi was told to suck it up and play

Is Fla a managed team? Haven't seen any posts from them.

Got an email saying my front office has been getting calls from teams wanting to trade for Richie Norman. Please contact me directly. The messages aren't being passing along. I will give him away cheap!

Been a close series with Evas and they lead 3-2, Last 2 games at Duluth (home) and with my 2 best pitchers ready to go. Just hope the lineup can help them out as they did during the season

Is there a possibility that the game logs for the playoffs be saved?

Congrats on the victory Mike. Completely shut down our offense without Jerry Long. Only 2 home runs for the Gnats all series. Our team lives and dies by power so that's all she wrote for the Gnats in 2026. Oh and when your lead off has on OBP of .095 for the series - not good. Aurora pitching shut the Gnats down.

Some hard decisions this coming off season.

Best of luck to all in the rest of the post season. I have a lot of writing to catch up on. :D

Interesting considering how his production plummeted this season.
