Season Ticket Sales

#1 Post by Morris Ragland »

As you've probably noticed, teams haven't sold any season tickets yet. The program was waiting for the conclusion of the Winter Meetings before opening season ticket sales for the following season.

Season tickets go on sale 1/17/26. This means that this export will be your last opportunity to set prices for your season tickets.

Some teams really do need to examine their current ticket prices.

Will the fan interest be changed for various teams in time for season ticket sales for their CP rewards?

Is there a place to see what the league average ticket price is?

I've been looking for a while and cannot find anything. I have no idea what to do about my ticket price.

Short of doing the math for every team, somewhere in the forums is a fairly recent (past two seasons) discussion on this... for the record, Aurora is asking $33 (up from $32)...

To add to your post, it is located here in statslab :

StatsLab ->
History ->
Dropdown menu "View": Season Summary (also, select the appropriate league and year) ->
mid-way down the page it is listed, team by team

Thanks for that tip--I never knew that page existed!! ;-D

Having said that, I know from looking at Palm Springs' ticket price that the prices listed there display the most recent price change during the season, not the *season* ticket price from before the season started (I know this because I lowered the non-season ticket price in September to try to keep Elderberry Field closer to full).

The "Financial Report" page from the PEBA HTML reports will give you the overall $ each team received from season ticket sales, but without telling you how many season tickets were sold that doesn't get you too far either. :-?

Of course, the easiest way may simply be to divide overall gate (season tix + game day tix) by attendance... OK, maybe not easiest, but it'll give you a number that reflects a season number (I'd think)...

Yeah, the version of StatsLab we use was created before Season Tickets were implemented in OOTP, so StatsLab doesn't always digest team's ticket prices properly.

To give feedback, my ticket prices were on the low end of the scale at $23, but given that the team should improve, and we were able to keep butts in the seats through most of the summer, it will go up slightly to $25 this year.

Over the years, from what I could tell by the math, the low end of the ticket price scale in PEBA has been in the ~$15 range, and the upper end at $40, with a league average in the high-20s.

OK, to cheat a little, my ticket price last season was $23. I am thinking about lowering to $21 because we have suckered so bad. I am hoping we can turn the corner and significantlyimprove in the win column. Should I lower?

2025's financial numbers are wonky in StatsLab, but if you look at 2024's, and compare Reno and Yuma, I think you might find your answer...

This might help.

The Ticket Price Baseline for PEBA is set at $25.75.

Rewards that I have will be processed next sim, so if you get your rewards in by Tuesday night, then they will be done on 1/16/26.
