The 2025 PEBA Draft is fast approching!


Just a reminder that we will have the 2025 PEBA Draft LIVE in the PEBA Chat Room on Saturday, starting at 1pm Eastern Time!

SO.... don't forget to mark that down on your calendar, and get those draft lists ready! .... or, consult your team's scout for his endless wisdom ...or, hell, if you believe in Bill James, just fire 'em all and get out your calculator!

Either way, see you there!

Saturday will have Rounds 1-3, LIVE, with a 10 minute timer.
If you are not in the chat room when your turn comes up, we will revert to your list or auto-pick otherwise. (See below for more information).

Sunday (also at 1pm Eastern) will be Rounds 4-15, based on list/auto picks. If you are present in the chat room, you will be invited to make your own picks if you wish. Otherwise, it will be a fast-paced process.

Exactly. The picks are announced in the chat room, and we (the board, that is) will update StatsLab as we go, and people can keep track that way.

Reg, will the draft pool be imported in game so we can use our scout's evaluation before the draft?

Draft Pool is under transactions in game. I have mine built ingame. I just need to transfer to StatsLab.

Going to be a wild weekend for me. I'm in a FHM2 hockey league with a 7-round draft Saturday.

What was the origin of that list? Straight from OOTP? I ask because there is a list in StatsLab that has most of those names, but not all - at least last I looked, and getting the list there at least gives you the Player ID #'s you need to import. Do you have ID's for your uploaded list?

Correct, it is straight from OOTP.

Correct, it is straight from OOTP.

I made a list of player ids from the draft pool pages in OOTP using a script. ( I too usually use statslab for this) In case anybody finds it useful, here it is:

update:edit2: looks like statslab is starting to show this years class. recommend getting your ids from there. my list was made from an ootp export which may have differences from statslab
