#1 Post by Vic »

So, a pitcher I just brought up from AAA as an injury replacement - and who has appeared in two (2) games so far - messaged that he was surprised he hadn’t heard from me yet about a contract extension.

I’m thinking I’ll wait until he’s appeared in at least 3 games ...

I reroute all messages from players, coaches, trainers, and other underlings to my Assistant in Charge of the Wastebasket. She knows what to do.

Are they tasty? I've never tried chewing one. Do you have special sauces for them?

I have several players who've been similarly quick about wanting to deepen the relationship. They've all been crossed off the list of people my daughter is allowed to date.
